Return & Exchange Policy

A clear video of the package opening is mandatory in case of return due to manufacturing defect.

Normally sarees will take 10-12 days to deliver and in some cases it can take more days to deliver. The product color can be slightly different from what’s shown above, due to the photogenic effect.

At Pehnava by Shreshtha, we take great pride in our handcrafted products, each carefully created by our skilled artisans. Due to the unique nature of our items and limited stock availability, we are unable to offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges unless there is a fault on our end, such as a significant quality issue or incorrect product shipment.

Cancellations
Order Cancellation: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are only accepted in cases of a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect item has been dispatched.

2. Time Frame: Return requests must be sent by email to pehnavabyshreshtha@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests sent after 48 hours will not be eligible for returns.

3.Damaged or Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may exchange it for a new one within 10 days.

4. Packaging Issues: If the parcel appears tampered with, damaged, or unsealed, do not accept or open it. Instead, contact us immediately at pehnavabyshreshtha@gmail.com or call +91 9175406634.Upon receiving your return request, we will review it and respond with authorization within 5 working days. Once authorized, please send the product back to Pehnava by Shreshtha in its original packaging within 5 days.

Condition of Return:
The product must be unused and returned with the original bill and tags intact.

Processing Time:
Returns are processed within 7 working days.
You can choose to receive a refund in the form of store credits or a refund to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping charges and a restocking fee may apply. While Pehnava by Shreshtha will initiate the refund process within 7 working days, we cannot guarantee the time taken by your bank.

Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Exchange:
Exchanges are only accepted in cases of a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect item has been dispatched, and are subject to the availability of the same stock.

2.Customs and Duties:
For international exchanges, customers are responsible for all applicable customs and duties for both returned and exchanged items.

3.Shipping Charges:
To and from shipping charges will apply for international shipments.

4.Non-Exchangeable Items:
Any product that has been opened, unfolded, or tried on will not be eligible for exchange.
